How accurate is the calorie information?
Our app uses advanced AI to estimate calories and macros from a database of 2.5 million+ foods. However, small details may vary based on lighting, packaging, and meal composition. For precise tracking, verify with official nutritional sources when possible.
Does the app work offline?
You can manually enter meals and interact with the Yumzy Garden offline, but advanced features like scanning, voice logging, and database search require an internet connection.

YUMZY PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data Collection
Yumzy stores personal biometric data such as height, weight, and BMI to calculate optimal calorie intake. This information is locally stored and is not shared with any third party. However, the app utilizes the third-party Passio SDK API to analyze food images. Images you provide are sent to Passio servers for processing and returned with results. We do not have access to or store any of this data.
2. Permissions
Yumzy requests access to:
Camera & Photo Library: To allow users to capture or upload food images for calorie analysis.
Microphone and Speech Recognition: To allow users to voice log their meals.
3. Security
Since we do not share personal user data, your privacy remains under your control. However, images submitted for analysis are subject to Passio’s data handling policies.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if necessary. Any changes will be reflected in the app, and continued use of Yumzy signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
